Questions owners ask first
Do I need internet to take bills?
No. Bills, KOT and printing work on the shop computer without internet. The app syncs to the owner portal whenever it is online again.
Which printers and computers does it work with?
Any Windows PC and any 58 mm or 80 mm thermal printer that Windows can print to. Waiters and guests use the phone they already have, with no app to install.
Can I move my menu and stock from another software?
Yes. Send us your item list in Excel and we load it for you during setup. Your old bills stay in your old software.
What happens when the year of updates ends?
Your software keeps working. Updates and support after year one are an optional yearly plan, so nobody can switch your counter off.
Is my data safe?
Your bills live on your computer first. Daily backups go to your owner portal. Each user signs in with their own role, so a waiter cannot open reports.
Will it handle GST and e-bills?
It prints GST tax invoices with your GSTIN, HSN codes and rate-wise totals. Outside India we are adding sales tax and VAT country by country.
